Steps for including voice narration in your powerpoint: After you have put all your pictures into your powerpoint and written your script, here is how you can add your audio.
When viewing slide one, click on slide show and then record narration.
Make sure the link narration button is checked (this is in the lower left corner).
Then hit ok
Record your narration for slide one. It immediately starts recording for slide one.
Hit the space bar to advance to slide two. It will immediately start recording slide two.
Continue hitting space bar to move from slide to slide recording narration on each slide.
Hit escape when finished.
In the event of an error on one slide, you can re-record individual slides. To do this follow the steps below:
Go to the slide you need to fix.
Select the speaker icon on the slide and hit delete.
Click on slide show and then record narration.
Make sure the link narration button is checked (this is in the lower left corner).
Then hit ok
It will prompt you to start on current or beginning slide. Select current. It immediately starts recording for that.
When you have finished that slide hit escape.
Continue editing any other slides with errors in the same manner.
